Crayola factory

I took my grand kids to the Crayola Experience the other day at the Mall Of American in MN.

I bought 4 yearly passes, thinking I could share them with my son in case he wanted to take them someday. Got there and you have to have your name and picture on the passes and they can’t be shared.

I asked for the manager and asked why I couldn’t share them? She told me it is like a Sam’s club membership, only members can use them. I didn’t know I was signing up for a membership. I thought it was a yearly pass. Needless to say she knew I was upset and gave me 4 individual tickets to give to my son and his wife, so they could bring the kids. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

One thing I will tell you is, don’t eat in their cafe. We ordered 2 kids meals, 2 hot dogs, 2 french fry’s and 2 drinks. Grand total $50.00 and the french fry’s were cold.

They do have cool things to do, but don’t get the yearly passes if your not gonna use them your self.
